Maintenance Schedule
- Start: May 2, 2025 at 18:00 (GMT+3)
- End: May 3, 2025 at 05:00 (GMT+3)
- Affected Service: MT5 Trading Platform
During the maintenance period, access to the MT5 trading platform may be temporarily unavailable or interrupted.
Clients may experience temporary restrictions on:
- MT5 account login
- Order placement, modification, or cancellation
- Position management
- Price and chart updates
We strongly recommend that clients review their accounts and manage any open positions and pending orders appropriately before the scheduled maintenance begins.
Please note that the maintenance schedule is an estimate and may be extended or adjusted if required for technical or operational reasons.
Normal MT5 services will resume once the maintenance has been successfully completed.

1. Purpose
Bytrox is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, stable, and secure trading environment for all clients.
To protect market integrity, trading infrastructure, liquidity arrangements, and client interests, Bytrox monitors trading activity for patterns that may indicate abusive, manipulative, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited conduct.
Clients are required to use Bytrox services in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions, trading rules, and relevant laws and regulations.
2. Prohibited or Abusive Trading Practices
The following activities may be considered prohibited or abusive where they are intended to obtain an unfair advantage, manipulate execution conditions, exploit technical errors, or disrupt the normal operation of the trading environment.
2.1 Exploitation of Technical or Pricing Errors
Clients must not intentionally exploit:
- Incorrect or delayed pricing
- Manifest pricing errors
- System malfunctions
- Execution delays
- Data feed discrepancies
- Payment or accounting errors
- Other technical vulnerabilities
Transactions resulting from an obvious technical or pricing error may be reviewed and, where permitted under the applicable Terms and Conditions, corrected or cancelled.
2.2 Latency and System Exploitation
Trading strategies designed primarily to exploit latency, delayed quotes, stale pricing, execution discrepancies, or technical vulnerabilities may be restricted.
2.3 Multiple Account Abuse
The use of multiple accounts, coordinated accounts, devices, identities, or funding sources for the purpose of:
- Circumventing trading restrictions
- Abusing promotional offers or bonuses
- Artificially generating commissions
- Manipulating trading activity
- Obtaining an unfair trading advantage
is prohibited.
2.4 Market Manipulation
Trading activity intended to artificially influence market prices, liquidity, or execution conditions is prohibited.
Examples may include:
- Spoofing
- Layering
- Quote stuffing
- Wash trading or self-dealing
- Coordinated trading between related accounts
- Artificial order activity
- Other manipulative order practices
2.5 Abusive Automated Trading
Automated trading systems, algorithms, Expert Advisors, or other trading technologies must not be used in a manner that disrupts platform stability, exploits technical limitations, or creates artificial or manipulative trading activity.
2.6 Excessive or Disruptive Order Activity
BytroxFX may monitor unusually high volumes of order submissions, cancellations, amendments, or other activity that may adversely affect platform stability or execution quality.
3. Risk Management and Compliance Measures
Where BytroxFX identifies activity that may constitute abusive or prohibited trading, the Company may conduct an account and transaction review.
Subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions and applicable law, measures may include:
- Requesting additional client information or documentation
- Restricting certain trading functions
- Restricting the opening of new positions
- Cancelling or correcting transactions affected by manifest errors
- Requiring positions to be closed within a specified period
- Temporarily restricting deposits or withdrawals during a compliance review
- Suspending account access
- Terminating the client relationship
- Recovering promotional benefits or profits directly attributable to prohibited conduct
- Taking other measures reasonably necessary to protect the trading environment
Where required by applicable law or regulation, relevant activity may also be reported to the appropriate authorities.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all trading activity conducted through their accounts complies with Bytrox's Terms and Conditions, trading policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
Clients must not knowingly exploit pricing errors, system vulnerabilities, execution delays, or other technical conditions to obtain an unfair advantage.
5. Policy Administration
Bytrox reserves the right to review and update this policy from time to time in response to changes in market conditions, technology, risk management requirements, or applicable regulatory standards.
Any measures taken under this policy will be subject to the applicable Bytrox Terms and Conditions and relevant legal requirements.

To support a secure trading environment and maintain appropriate Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and risk management standards, Bytrox applies the following withdrawal limits:
Withdrawal Limits
- Daily Withdrawal Limit: USD 20,000
- Monthly Withdrawal Limit: USD 50,000
All withdrawal requests may be subject to verification and compliance review in accordance with Bytrox's AML procedures and internal risk management policies.
Additional information or supporting documentation may be requested where necessary as part of the withdrawal review process.
Clients are advised to take the applicable withdrawal limits into consideration when planning or submitting withdrawal requests.

Certain high-frequency, algorithmic, or automated trading techniques may generate excessive order activity, exploit execution latency, or otherwise disrupt normal market and platform operations.
Accordingly, BytroxFX prohibits trading practices that are designed to manipulate execution conditions, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or obtain an unfair advantage.
Prohibited Trading Practices
Prohibited activities may include, but are not limited to:

Ping Orders
Repeated submission of orders primarily intended to identify hidden liquidity or exploit execution behaviour. -
Quote Stuffing
Excessive submission and cancellation of orders intended to disrupt or delay market or platform systems. -
Momentum Ignition
Trading activity intended to artificially initiate or accelerate a price movement. -
Layering and Spoofing
Placement of orders without genuine execution intent for the purpose of creating a misleading impression of market supply or demand. -
Latency Exploitation
Strategies specifically designed to exploit delayed quotations, stale pricing, execution delays, or technical discrepancies. -
Abusive Scalping or Automated Trading
Extremely short-duration or automated trading activity may be reviewed where it appears primarily designed to exploit platform, pricing, or execution limitations.
Use of Expert Advisors and Automated Systems
The use of automated trading systems or Expert Advisors does not, by itself, constitute prohibited activity.
However, clients must ensure that any automated trading strategy complies with Bytrox's Terms and Conditions and does not exploit technical vulnerabilities, pricing errors, execution latency, or other conditions in a manner considered abusive.
Compliance Measures
Where prohibited or abusive trading activity is identified, Bytrox may, subject to its Terms and Conditions and applicable law:
- Review affected transactions
- Restrict trading activity
- Restrict the use of automated trading systems
- Cancel or correct transactions affected by technical or manifest pricing errors
- Suspend affected accounts
- Request additional information from the client
- Terminate the client relationship where appropriate
Clients are encouraged to review their trading strategies and ensure full compliance with Bytrox trading policies.
